Deeksha is a social impact professional with 8+ years of experience in needs assessment, fundraising, program management, and impact evaluation. As an independent consultant, she worked with Augeo Advisors on impact evaluations and multi-country market assessments in the K-12 education sector and with Catalysts for Social Action on evaluating institutional care programs. She has also contributed to initiatives in drinking water, maternal and child health, education, road safety, and skill development at SaveLIFE Foundation, Action Against Hunger India, and Piramal Sarvajal. Deeksha holds a B.A. in Economics (Hons.) from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and an M.A. in Development Studies from TISS, Mumbai. She has also been a recipient of prestigious scholarships from IOCL and the Ministry of Education. In her free time, she enjoys reading non-fiction, volunteering and exploring graphology.
